ecommerceman, More info on Merrill's online trading: I checked the client order entry agreement at Merrill and it still says that "same-day purchase and sales are not permitted". But I'm not sure if that's true or not. I've been given the impression that since July 12 I can buy AND sell the same stock online. In the past, I've done one side online and called in the other side. I thought about trying a roundtrip today but the online trading system was down. Bob
