I'm cracking my brains on that one too Manny... not that it matters since my IT hold is a strangle hold. Most companies use the follow-up CC to announce that kind of stuff. I don't know what to think. I'd like to know who coerced them into releasing the info... which investment banker was it? Am I just looking for ghosts? I guess they've achieved their goal when you and I wonder about the move. They've stirred the pot and people get nervous about things out of the norm... all they have to do now is sneeze and people may hit the sell buttons. Not me... I'm too darn stupid to fool... :-)) SF
