Agreed. I, too, believe that the street will only begin to buy in AFTER there is a firm commitment from Delphi. GLE is too "speculative" for most institutional investors at this stage. They need to see more "concrete" information before they dust off their wallets. IMO, the information they are after is slowly being released and today was just one of the positive news to reinforce the fact that GLE is for real!! PlayTheKing
