Jamie: Good research! Good to know there are some serious investors in this forum that buy on info and not on hype. The writing is on the wall: this thing is getting packaged and ready for sale. Also: Charlotte Walker(CEO) is working with a well known(and well connected)corporate "turnaround expert" who came out of retirement for this project. The insiders started accumulating this stock in March when a big Boston investment bank (that usually doesnt touch speculative stocks)bought up 800000 shares at $1.06. This is definitely the ground floor. The company is definitely not going out of business. More proof: A 401K retirement plan was set up for the current employees! For your last question: my sources say SW needs more $$$ in the bank to be on the NASDAQ regular listings.
