When stop loss hit at 5 7/16, 300 went at 7/16, 2700 at 1/4, and 1000 at 3/16.

That looks very wrong to me. Heres my T&S of the bid:
Bid 5 7/16 at 12:27.14
** 16 sells at 5 7/16**
Bid 5 13/32 at 12:28.46
* 1 trade*
Bid 5 3/8 at 12:29.15
** fair # of trades at 5 3/8 **
Bid 5 5/16 at 12:29.55
** sells at 5 5/16 and even a couple buys at 5 11/32**
5 9/32 at 12:30.20
5 1/4 at 12:30.35
**tons of trades at 5 1/4**
5 3/16 at 12:31.31

So your stop took almost 4 1/2 minutes from beginning to end to execute. Pretty lame, but remember there are no guarantees on Nasdaq stops. It is "best effort" as far as I understand it.

I have had similar problems with stops in the past. Fidelity seems to take maybe 30sec at the stop before the stop finally kicks in. Only a crude guess though.
