Hello Tom,

I spend a great deal of time with the Chartcraft and Dorsey bullish %'s and a few of my own. Not only has the optional BP reversed down but so did my High Low BP Index. Mine's a bit different than DWA's but close enough. I posted about it at Message 10345049. Currently looks like:

I've found one particular indicator that when it diverges with this High Low Index there isn't much of a pop -- but when it confirms, it can be a pretty good move. When this chart reversed up on 6/29/99 it diverged and there hasn't been much of a pop. But, today the chart reversed down for a sell signal and I also have a divergence with the other indicator.
