HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999-- iChargeit, Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG) today announced that the Company through its strategic alliance with The Winner's Internet Network (OTC BB:WINR) and Cyberlink Monetary Trust has begun development of the ShoppingDowntown.com Website.
This portal will link shoppers to some of the most highly visited sites on the Internet. Additionally, visitors will be able to create their own web stores through surfcitymall.com which will be linked directly to the ShoppingDowntown Site and Directory. Utilizing state of the art technology and the completely secure transaction processing supplied by Winners Internet Network, participants will be able to open their own virtual stores within hours. Each store will benefit from 24/7 access and ShoppingDowntown.com will provide a user friendly store directory, to make online shopping easier. The Company anticipates Phase 1 Deployment to be completed shortly.
