The stock price is not cheap because of the spin off. Future revenues divided by total shares multiplied by revenue growth makes this stock cheap. The spin off will be immediately profitable and will therefore add to the company's bottom line. Keep in mind that the spin off will be the result of a company merging into a unit previously owned by MIOA and one that was by itself not as profitable. The combined entity will represent additional value to shareholders. I prefer this to an order of greasy fries anyway--
