On Softbank...I'm also pretty high on this org, but aware that in many cases Americans investors and analysts do not fully understand foreign non-ADR stock issues...a pity, because I'm always looking for the next gorilla/godzilla investment and the likes of amzn, egrp, cmgi, aol and loads of other "American" inets are looking a little tired and played and also agree that comparisons between amzn and Softbank were a little silly. Mary Meeker and others have JUST STARTED to understand what Softbank is all about and pay homage to Mr. Son. The Japanese have a huge passion for the internet and they are JUST STARTING to get involved en mass...further, while the US has 1,000's of inet orgs, Japan (like the Korean choebels) have just a few very large entities the likes of Softbank...they are also the one inet that is truly global from business plan to execution and are only beginning to get noticed. Perhaps Steve is JUST STARTING to notice like many of us.
