Vagabond, NTOP should at least double on the opening day. The SEC is swamped with IPOs processing this week, and that's the main reason behind the delay. The issue is already 10x oversubscribed. Disclaimer: I am receiving a generous allocation from Hambrecht, BEST and a little from DBAB.
