Hell, it is fact that CSMA had lawsuits against them (ones that they did not reveal to us) What lawsuits??? ....and from what I am hearing, there is more coming, and that Elrod has the State of Utah after him, along with other things More lawsuits coming? By WHO? Surely if you KNOW there are more lawsuits coming you can tell us who is filing them. Who is telling you that the State of Utah is after Elrod? What is their source? What other things are you referring to? The fact is that any lawsuits against CSMA (if they existed) would transpire to VLVT and the spinoffs. David
