As far as the Palm Pilot scenario, which has been bandied about, I don't know much about that company but don't think that deal would be done for cash

JGoren, I agree that Siemens is a better bet, China and Brazil (as Bruce has posted). Few have an idea of the enormity of the potential Brazilian market--granted, the currency and economy have had problems. Would Q!/Siements address dual mode GSM/CDMA, a Trojan Horse to get CDMA into Europe?

COMS has not been a well run company; I would be leary of a purchase of the Palm division--what does that do but put Q! more in the business of being a low margin mobile box assembler, where more fixed costs and commoditization eat in to ROI. Better to acquire the box into which Q! puts its ASICs and value added Net software and hard wired browsing enablers.

Thanks, Ramsey.

Regards. Steven
