I agree with you for the most part. One bill showing all telecommunication costs will be the goal of all companies in contention. The bill to the customer and the online payment is one of the most important contacts a company has with a customer. Simplicity of pricing will also be crucial. Customers are smart. Right now the pricing on long distance is so consfusing and misleading all companies look the same. In the future. Value plus simplicity will drive customer choice.
