Rob, the risk is over the long haul if you sell covered calls you will sell your good stocks and will be left with your poor performing stocks.

I don't think anyone can see in the future, at least I know I can't, therefore I try and buy good stocks and hold them. This is how one gets a bases of a low price on stocks. Just another way to play the game.:-)
