PB:I guess they set the price range of the stock based on the 'valuation' of the company which is said to be around $30 billion,they are offering 10% of the company to the public ,ie $3 billion.The final offer price is determined by the demand for the stock and market conditions I would think. Don't quote me on this but this is what I am thinking,I am sure someone will correct me if I am way out of line here.
