Jerry, I just passed information on to the best of memory what I was told. I believe Fred would not waste his time on a lawsuit that wasn't collectable. The financial reports for both NUOA and OAIS will be out by the end of next week; per Fred yesterday! I think Fred is a Brilliant Tinkerer who's main leadership flaw is poor communication with shareholders. He is building a valuable company! The end result is what we shareholders are interested in. That the stock price goes up! Jeff
