"Man I will be glad when we get of this screwed up OTC market." KAA that is exactly why you won't see results from most news releases on the OTC stocks. Plus any action you do get is day trading for the most part. So once this IPO comes public you'll see action but I don't believe you'll see any before hand as a result of this news release. Look at BANY and ANYI and you'll see they got action only when IPO went public and only for a short time. Once again day traders jumped in and then left. My suggestion is not to post news releases premature just because a few alledged shareholders are squalking for news. If they are long CVIA then they'll hang around if not they'll fly the coup. Most people want to know what are you going to do for me today and forget what you have done to date and what your plans are for the future. You and the BOD are doing AOK with my investment. So keep on keeping on and don't let the crybabies bother you or the BOD so much. John
