Max,

I disagree. Calling the company is an important part of due
diligence. First, you can find out if they even answer the phone.
Secondly, it is usually pretty easy to tell if they are lying or not.
Of course, there are some good liars out there. With these
OTCBB stocks, it is best to confirm what the company tells you or
to at least wait to buy in when the stock is at a "low" to reduce
your risk.
