VGCP - Management is certainly assembling the organization piece-by-piece. Each release is another part of the puzzle. There are two big items the market is waiting for IMO. First, the announcement of the data processing center in N.Y. State along with the financial details of the deal struck with the state and second, the amount of $$$$ the company will have to takeover insurance companies, rumored to be in the order of $250M.
