Hi Joe! My original broker (who originally sold me on OEII) got so involved with the company that he decided to join them in actively promoting this stock full time. I didn't speak to him but I managed to speak to his replacement , who was kind enough to give me more info than my broker. My suspicions on OEII raising more capital were confirmed. It seems that they need to raise another $500,000 ; this concerns me personally because that means (to me) that there is further dilusion of shares. I got the impression that the money is needed to finance possilble uncoming aquisitions which if this is the case--it's a good thing. He also seems to believe that the share value should be @.12---I'm not sure I understand how he arrived at this. One thing is fo sure.....he says the technology is years ahead of competition . What do you think of this?. Tone.
