Re: "Dell Computer Reiterated 'Strong Buy' at SG Cowen" He's just as stuck as the rest of us and want's to get out. Let's face it Dell entered a bear market in February the rest of the market seems to be following. Disregard for positive earnings, positive news, upgrade's, reiterated upgrade's, benign inflation and negative interpretation of pivotal action (ie Greenspan) all are indications that the market just wants to go down or stagnate.
