Off topic question for J, or anyone.

When 300,000 shares trade on a dead eguity out of the
blue on 4 trades, is it posible that a buyer and a seller
can pre arranged the sale? The president just quit and
the new prez assumed it was the out going prez dumping.
One day last month 800,000 shares sold "out of the blue".
I'm thinking accumilation but it seems strange on so
few trades.

I guess the guestion is can pre arranged trades be done?
