**BEATLES STOCK SONG the other day sung to "yesterday" the other day.... bought me some UPCA..... sold them off right a way.... oh what a day, the other day... janice shell..... showed up and gave us hell.... now we bid her fond farewell.. oh what a day, the other day. why she had to bash I don't know, she wouldn't say, along came the SEC and halted UPCA-A-A-A what a blast, now im stuck with all this cash, glad i sold those shares so fast, oh what a day, the other day.
