John, I got the same story from every thread that I ever went to with the message that the chart just reached the limit of irrational exuberance as evidenced by violation of the IL. From RADA in '97 to ASTN in '99. Once you see it happen, you'll ask me where to expect the bounce up to go. Happens every time. Doug R
