Absolutely, if not then certainly in a few days. Some of these guys dumping need a cold shower. The volume is relatively light, even with today's drop the stock is just barely down to its 50 day MA and still way above its 200 day MA, and the semi cycle is just starting to turn. Expectations were running too high for the last quarter and the stock went up too far, too fast. If your time horizon is greater than the next five minutes, this is a great buying opportunity.
