Of all internet Banks, this is ranked number 1
and is way ahead of any of the banks that want to go online.

Its a definate candidate to be bought out.

They did a secondary offering in May/June which
caused the stock to fall down to $26 amidst the
general Nasdaq/internet/interest rate sell off.

Then it staged a strong rebound to $40.
I believe it could do the same again.
