Insweb trading over $40 with market cap of over $1.2 billion. PAMC is now worth less than half of Insweb. The Healthaxis model will blow these guys away in the coming years. Healthaxis creates an annunity for shareholders, allows the entire process to occur on-line and already has 6 major carries with more to come. Add in the little fact that they have locked up some of the best real estate on the net and you have a huge winner.

Management is not out telling the story yet because they want the roll up completed and then they will begin to promote Healthaxis.com the company rather than Healthaxis.com, the sub of Provident American. This may frustrate current shareholders (not me since I am up over 400%), but it certainly is offering a huge opportunity for those who know the story and understand what is happening here.

I understand that the Insweb CEO was asked about Healthaxis during the roadshow presentation for the IPO. His answer was that he beleived that Healthaxis had only one carrier (a partial and misleading truth) and that their platform is not as far along as Inwebs since they recently hired IBM (another partial truth since IBM was hired to work on the site, not the entire platform). Regardles, PAMC shareholders own the real leader and future powerhouse of on-line insurance.
