Joseph Charles & Associates Updates CustomTracks Research and
Maintains Short- and Long-Term Buy Ratings

BOCA RATON, Fla., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc., a member of
the National Association of Securities Dealers, CRD number 3949:

CustomTracks Corp.'s (Nasdaq: CUST - news) radically different and patent- pending architecture at the core of ZixMail(TM)
and ZixCharge(TM) represents a paradigm shift for e-document exchange, e-commerce, and user-friendliness that should be
readily adopted by industry and the public. Moreover, the architecture satisfies the European community's demanding and diverse
regulations prohibiting the easy exchange of personal information via electronic means. After meeting with management, examining
the data facility, interviewing potential customers representing Fortune 100 companies, viewing the ZixCharge demonstration,
analyzing the Company's recently published ZixIt thesis, and comparing the benefits of Zix products against other systems, we
continue to be confident in our short-term and long-term buy ratings for CUST. If the Company successfully develops a number of
businesses derived from its ZixIt technology platforms, the possibility for spinning off those businesses units as pure plays (together
with the ability to create credible financial models) would compel us to revisit the issue of valuations.

ZixMail is scheduled to go live for early adopters on August 15 and for the general public at the close of the month; ZixCharge is
scheduled for general release September 30. We believe our investment thesis will be validated first by the announcement of industry
partners and then by the execution of the business model. Since partners are a prerequisite for rolling out each business, we believe
that ZixMail partners and early adopters will be visible by August 30 and ZixCharge partners shortly thereafter. Research report
available upon request.
