Criimi Mae is poised for a breakout to the upside in my opinion. The company has been able to retain virtually all of the key people and their underlying business continues to be very strong. The loan assets they own are performing very well and the cash flow is strong. The CMBS market has staged an incredible comeback and spreads are very close to where they were before the Russia blowup that caught CMM by the short hairs. I am very bullish on this one. Own a bunch and buying more.
