With all due respect Mr. Stuff, IMHO this is not a wise company to be in. There, I'm sure having said that will generate some flak. Let me just say that the targeted horizontal marketplace is dangerous and unforgiving. Having given this company a full workup, I have trouble seeing significant appreciation without a takeover. Given the infrastructure players soon to be entering the marketplace, the only solution for traditional document management companies is to either differentiate or grow. Open Text has done neither. Hmmmm, reading this over makes me think I am perhaps being too harsh. Good company with so-so management. Just not a place I recommend you put any more money till the smoke clears. Then perhaps the landscape will look a little kinder.
