p,

What is the point of establishing the resistence points etc....It seems to me the purpose of the Dead Cat Bounce is to grab a quick point or point and half and get out. Be in and out, quick hit, no longer than a day and a half at most. In fact, my approach would be just that. Use a brokerage that charges zilch and put on a position. Establish a loss limit very tight to my opening price, maybe 1/4 depending upon stock price and look to sell the first 1/2 when I am up a point or so and the second half either back near the buy price, should the price decline or when I am up 1 1/2 or 2 points. It seems to want to get any more on these quick hitters and you are turning the trade into the investment. Yucky.
