Shareholders' Meeting will be May 16,1997 at 1 pm at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Charleston SC. A meeting for the limited partners in the GOE Plant Partnership 1, LP will also be held that afternoon following the Shareholders' Meeting. A list of Charleston hotels and phone numbers will mailed with the Shareholders' Meeting information packets and will be posted by the Shareholders' Action Committee of both Silicon Investor and America On Line message boards. You will be responsible for making your own reservations and travel plans. Please do not contact Green Oasis, Microcap Consulting & Communications or Ron Reece for assistance in your arrangements.
