It is perfectly legal for FAHN to be short w/o a borrow, it's is called customer accomodation. NASD rules specifically allow for it to enhance liquidity of capital markets. You, of course, know nothing of NASD rules nor AMEX (nor NYSE) Have your lawyer buddy look into LTV, Frenchfry, there were more broker shares short than OUTSTANDING and the court upheld it. You blow crap outcher arse all day long and know only what crims tell you which just don't come close to the truth. Otherwise you have plenty in common w/ FAHN.
