I've been digging to find out the status on ASTV becoming fully reporting. Apparently the original filing has been done. The returned comments from the OTC were very generic (easy to respond to)in nature and included a request for the fully audited second quarter financials. This is almost complete and will be ready for submission well before the deadline. The company is confident they will be fully reporting soon and are shooting for a listing on the NASDAQ small-cap ASAP.
