Question: How can you have a legitimate bidder for your company when you have been unable to provide correctly audited statements for the last two years?

Do they really want to sell this company to someone else or just let it go bust and try to keep their jobs?

Bond prices: all three at new lows
Stock price slowly fading as we wait for news.
