acknowledged....I have seen other less expensive software that bring much better tutorials that the TRADESTATION 2000 i. My copy went back to Omega. Also, the return rate of 30% is pretty conservative, I have heard of somewhere around 40-50%. Save yourself a headache, return the sucker!!!!! If you would like to drop the CEO of Omega a few lines via e-mail (ralph.cruz@omegaresearch.com) go ahead.
