Well the name change is old news and the 25M I am not sure about. As far as a short position I believe it is the increase of of OS that has been issued in the past month or so after the recerse split. I doubt their is a short position. I am montioring it but Bronson needs to get a financing up date out and status on filings.

There is still alot no addressed in that release.
