OOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! I have given my opinion on another thread why we are seeing weakness. I do believe that it is Y2K related. Specifically, that there will be a severe dropoff in tech buying in the last Q of the year due to system lockdowns. In some cases this is a federally mandated lockdown that spans from Oct 1 to March 1. The federally mandated lockdown also applies to federally regulated business such as Banks.
