Jim (and Gizelle) --

I believe that the June 15 deadline for holding 100 shares was a requirement to qualify for the *ENGA* IPO. I don't believe that it was a requirement to particpate in *all* future IPOs. It would be very dumb if the June 15 deadline applies to all future IPOs -- what a dis-incentive for anyone to buy the stock, since they couldn't get in on any upcoming IPOs. I expect they'd announce another deadline to get in on, say, NaviSite. Think of it like a stock split or dividend.

This was my interpretation. Can anyone shed further light on that?
