It seems that rats just don't live that long.
I don't know, in the OTC-BB world rats live a long time. But that is besides the point. What I see here is the opportunity to do some investigation. According to the last press release,

Secondly, a misprint as to when the patients were diagnosed and treated stated that "The patients were originally diagnosed with AIDS in 1995 at the Hospital of Madrid and Mr. Flores was then given permission by the courts to treat them with Plasma Plus which is done, in most cases, over a 3-month period." In actuality, the patients were diagnosed and treated by Mr. Flores in 1990.

So there is a question as to whether the patients were diagnosed and treated in 1990 or in 1995, right? Well, if Ben is still around, that would confirm that they were treated in 1995, giving insufficient time for the AIDS treatment to be adequately approved, a fact that I'm sure the Feds would be interested in.
