I buy frozen pizzas and then add a few ingredients. Shrimp, olives and crushed red peppers are my favorites. When I get one with pepperoni on it I usually remove the pepperoni, wrap it in paper towels and nuke it a bit. That removes a lot of grease. I the crumble it and put it back on.
