RUN up ,,, ADOT does that to raise money........

They have the MM's run it up and than a couple of weeks later when it pullsback, the news comes out that ADOT raised more capital by selling more shares. In Feb. this baby had 6 million or maybe 6.7 million shares out standing and now they can sell up to 75million on the open market.
