I am by no means an expert on interpreting what the market does - but I think that one difference is that it apears to the outside observer that SEAC is focused in a relatively narrow set of markets. They have one market where they are number 1 (Broadcast play-to-air servers) and are a strong entrant into a second one (VOD servers). The two markets are strong technical and business compliments. CCUR has a strong entre into the emerging VOD server market. There "other" business is technically related but not as closely as SEAC. CCUR's real time technology and business may merit more consideration by the market but so far they have not told the story very well. If VOD requires high reliability, real-time optimized and scaled cost performance then CCUR should be able to exploit their technical advantages.
