Can you provide the name of the two companies. I am always skeptical of dated insider buying provided as the main reason to buy a stock. I am extremely wary when the stock is purchased at extremely low prices and then a less significant amount is purchased on margin at higher prices in order to (in my opinion) increase the perception of extremely confident management. Sanchez made more money in Blockbuster than Cook did and probably feels remotely obligated to invest in whatever dung heap he chooses to pursue.
