DOGS RULE DELAWARE CORPORATIONS!

I don't follow Cyptologic, however, based on what I do know it appears to be a fine company. As to SNMM, I'm quite comfortable with the knowledge that this company is growing exponentially having seen the results of several web sites whose earnings will ultimately be reflected in SNMM's earnings. As to Delaware Corporations, I don't believe Starnet has any significant assets in the US and they merely use the Delaware charter for service of process in the United States and as well pay minimal taxes to the state based on their capitalization. This amount should cap out at $150K annually. To incorporate here in Delaware a corporation need only appoint a registered agent, pay a small fee, complete some paperwork and list their directors & officers which by the way need NOT necessarily be human! Some Delaware corporations are literally chaired or co-chaired by pets!
