Appears that RLR's fiscal year ends Dec 31...that's why they chose to use that date to finalize this deal. Meanwhile, although I'm leaving town tomorrow for 10 days, I did take a bit of time to do a little DD on RLR. It has more insurance than money management in its holdings, and may be trying to work up to becoming a brokerage firm...looking at the services they have and are acquiring. Just a hunch. Its a very dull stock, barely moves, but that would be good for option plays, if that's your thing. That's all I know for now...I'll check in when I return. As to price...I think some will read it literally and the price will move up to 35 or 36, but return and hover around the 33-34 range til year's end.
