I think I will let DBRIAN have my shares. Thank you very much for your insight into this company. I found your posts very informed and thought provoking. Unlike your past lament about listening to your gut, I keep going over how I could have avoided this one. Unfortunatley with the research I did, and information gathered around the company, I think I would have come up with the same buy decision as I did a couple of years ago. Even when the stock was at 65 I was willing to take the SEC risks. I was completely unprepared for a report that in effect INVALIDATED all of my past assumptions. I kept holding though, because I thought they had products and I love the industry. Your final comments cement my opinion that this company has a state of the past software , little R&D crediblity, and anemic sales of their current lines. Few software companies have ever pulled out of the tail spin these guys are in. When the best contract he could discuss on the conference call was for a WHOLE $1,000,000 with a company that he had to describe because nobody had heard of it (even made a specific reference that it was NOT qwest the commincation company), I think the rest of the longs will be wading though decreased sales and revenue figures AND forcasts for many quarters to come. Y2k? might as well be El Nino. As far as a buyout? If thats the only reason to own a stock, at least I get free drinks in Las Vegas. Im ashamed to have lost money AND not learned anything to apply to my next investment. OT. if you have a investment suspect for me to start researching I would appreciate the lead. Thanks again.
