Can one still personally make deposits and pick up checks? I went there couple-three weeks ago to deposit a check. The two lady receptionists who used to accept deposits and give you receipts were gone. Instead there was a guy who was clad more like a security guard who told me that that service has been discontinued and directed me to a drop box in the lobby. I haven't tried to pick up checks there, so I don't know about that. ps. I never did like Bob Brinker. <g> He was referring to the fact the houses in Sunnyvale only cost $600,000, while houses in Palo Alto were going for a million above the ask price.
