That's one hell of a bunch of shares! My problem with an S3 is that it's a notification of INTENT to sell(if I understand it). If that's wrong, please correct me. But, if it IS an intent to sell ( millions of shares, in this case), they gotta know that the dilution alone will drive the price DOWN. However, should there be BIG news coming,(be it from Intel, VoiceTIMES, the music industry, and/or Lanier), it may be that the actual sale(s) will be for sometime after such. I had a buy order in for 2+1/8 (just before close) which didn't get filled. Wonder if I'll get 'em cheaper on Monday.
