Why do you think people get excited about the prospect of a buyout? HINT: It has something to do with people's opinion of the competency of the current management. Each time the stock sinks, people complain about what an incompetent CEO Coms has and what a dog COMS is. Then when it begins rising, it's the same unbridled enthusiasm and buyout rumors. Have you noticed?
